I teach yoga in a way which helps you understand and learn what your body is telling you. In yoga we use that information to move the body in alignment so you have more freedom and less pain. You no longer have to be in pain and can move successfully at 65 and 70 and beyond.
The yoga I teach is as much for your mind as it is for your body to be more flexible. My clients are continually amazed that they learn something new and insightful in every class.
The yoga teachers I continue to learn from are masters in their field with a minimum of 20 years of training. The way I sequence my practices and sessions will affect all aspects of your body and beingness and you will feel different when you take my classes.
